LTD M-1000 PRNB PURPLE NATURAL BURST

Guitars in the LTD 1000 Series are designed to offer the tone, feel, looks and quality that working professional musicians require in an instrument. The LTD Deluxe M-1000 is now available with an alder body and a burled poplar top in Purple Natural Burst finish. Like many M Series models, the updated M-1000 is a shredder’s dream come true. It’s a neck-thru-body design with an extra-thin U-shaped 3-piece maple neck and Macassar ebony fingerboard. For a little extra speed and comfort, it has a natural satin finish on the back of the neck. The M-1000 includes an EMG 57TW/66TW pickup set with push-pull controls on both volume and tone to split each pickup discretely. It also includes Grover tuners and a Floyd Rose 1000SE tremolo with stainless steel screws for excellent stability and longterm reliability.

M Body

The comfortable M body is made in neck-thru design, with alder body wings joining the 3-pc maple neck.

Neck-Thru

The excellent stability of a neck-thru construction offers the player many benefits, including better tuning stability, great sustain and rich harmonics.

Ebony Fingerboard

The ebony fingerboard ensures a transparent, overtone-rich sound and is equipped with 24 XJ frets made from stainless steel.

Hardware

The 1000 series sports tuners made by Grover and a Floyd Rose 1000SE locking tremolo.

EMG TW Pickups

EMG's proprietary three coil design is used on the TW Set (66/57) and features selectable single and dual coil sounds.

Controls

Controls are as simple as they are effective, with volume and tone controls and a three-way switch. Both volume and tone controls are push/pull pots that can split the pickups.
